I want a sport, cycling is good for the title. I have to run, but I would like to move fast. I want a Honda or Yamaha.

It depends on what you are looking for. For the high efficiency of the Yamaha Raptor 660 Quad Quad is all about super white each. The only drop down is not 4x4. My other option would be the Honda TRX450R Great performance, but with less power than the Raptor.
Remember, one thing is your level of experience and comfort, do not buy the material of the largest and most rapidly when a new driver. If you already have experience in going to the largest quad.
